CPTAC Study Manuscripts

The several proteome technology evaluation studies across the five CPTAC centers generated several large data sets which are described in detail in the associated manuscripts. As these manuscripts are accepted for publication, their links will be placed in the left hand margin of this page. The Tranche hash codes used to identify and download the data sets are available from the manuscripts. Data sets can be located by copying and pasting the hash code from the manuscript into a search engine (e.g., Google), by using the Tranche download tool (www.proteomecommons.org/tranche/), or through the CPTAC data portal (http://cptac.tranche.proteomecommons.org/data.html).
